Las Palomas Resort resumes construction – Stage three is underway
Las Palomas is the #1 resort on Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco with amenities such as 8 swimming pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, pool bars, restaurants and a championship golf course.
Las Palomas has 844 condominiums currently built and operating in Phase 1 and Phase 2. The resort has grown a reputation as the best on the beach with families flocking to the resort’s pristine
beaches any chance they get to relax and enjoy time together.
The best news is that Phase 3 of this super tourist complex has been restarted with the participation of a company by the name of Adamantine based in Mexico City. They have confirmed the revival of the project. He informed us that the first building of Phase 3 will be finished in 18 months and the second building will be completed approximately 9 months later, both will set a new standard of luxury on Sandy Beach. The developer will complete approximately 60 percent of the Phase 3 common area as part of the construction over the next 2 years.
Las Palomas Resort project began construction of Phase 1 in 2004 and the first building was completed in 2005. Phase 2 was completed in 2007. With the economic downturn of 2008
Construction on Phase 3 was halted. Since that time both Phase 1 and 2 have continued to operate successfully. Both phases allow their owners to use the property when they choose and generate
income for them by renting through the on site rental company. Penasco had a record number of tourists come to town in 2018, and 2019 projected to be even better. With this record number of visitors the future looks bright for sales of the project.
These amazing units are for sale at a price range from approximately 300 thousand USD to 1.8 million USD for a penthouse; There are a total of 9 different 1,2 and 3 bedroom floor plans to choose from. The main difference in the concept of Phase 3 will be larger floor plans and the incorporation of more modern design, decoration materials and elements. For the rest, the quality of products and services of Las Palomas Resort will continue to be at the highest of quality standards.
