Through the list of amenities that are available we can find a 5,800 square foot trophy pool, beach cabana beds, an amazing spa that offers massages, facials, haircuts, manicures and pedicures, a swim-up palapa pool bar, a tennis court as well as a basketball one, comfortable beach hammocks, bicycles and kayaks and a fully equipped Game Room.

Laguna Shores is self sufficient
Another very important set of features about Laguna Shores is its self-sufficiency. The resort has underground infrastructure and its own desalination plant that produce its own water and treats its own sewer. The streets made of pave stones with underground power and the streets are lit with enough light to safely move around yet discreet enough not to disturb the natural view of the stars.
In terms of distribution and maintenance everything is under control as well. The resort is originally design to be done in two phases. The infrastructure of phase I is complete and ready for construction of remaining condos and houses as the community grows. Phase 1 covers the width of the resort and the first half mile from the beach and with the resort covering 3 kilometers from the breach to the highway there is lots of room for future development. The infrastructure is complete for phase one and the first 100 lots of phase 2. Along with the phase one infrastructure, the beach and numerous amenities can already be enjoyed, as well as the security and other special services of Laguna Shores.
Seven condo building at Laguna Shores
Right now Laguna Shores has seven condo buildings on the beach front with view over the estuary to the ocean; each one includes between 4 and 6 condos. Another building with 15 condos on it has been finished already, and more are under slow construc- tion. Also, the center area is projected to house a boutique hotel; the plans are already on the early stages, and it will have an estimate of 200 rooms.
