Las Palomas: Buy a condo in Rocky Point
Located just one hour south of the boarder, Rocky Point, Mexico is a growing beach-resort town that will soon host large cruise liners once the new port is complete. So, now is the time to invest! But wait! First, let’s take a look at Rocky Point’s largest, most extravagant resort – The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort.
Situated on Rocky Point’s most popular strip of sand along the Sea of Cortez, Sandy Beach, Las Palomas has it all! This family-friendly resort is filled with over 800 wonderful condominiums, and it sports everything you and your family could ever hope for.
Imagine this: On a peaceful, breezy, sunny day, sip on a cold margarita in the pool, at the swim-up bar, while your kids float around the lazy river, over and over again, for hours. Then, swap the margarita in the pool with golf or beach combing, and the lazy river with kiddie pools or one of many other fun ways to spoil your kids at Las Palomas. You’ll quickly realize what a family-fun place this really is, to buy an ocean-view condo.
Las Palomas accommodations
The Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is brimming with wonderful accommodations for the whole family. Starting with the great variety of pools, below, I’ll list all of the accommodations Las Palomas has to offer.
The pools at Las Palomas
At Las Palomas, your leisure time will move along swimmingly. There are lazy rivers, kiddie pools, a water slide, gorgeous negative-edge pools, swim-up bars, fountains for kids to play in, deep & shallow pools, communal pools and heated pools. The lazy rivers flow nicely, allowing you to float around and around while soaking up the sun. Another mentionable feature is the water slide. It slides you down from an upper pool to the lower pool.
Don’t forget! There’s beach access if you can make it past all of the pools without jumping in. As you enter the beach from Las Palomas, you’ll find some nice palapas for shade on the beach. And, the water temperature in the Sea of Cortez has a warm temperature range, from 63 degrees Fahrenheit in January to 82 degrees Fahrenheit in August. So, you can swim all-year-round if you don’t mind a little chill in the winter.
Enjoy a full service spa to indulge yourself with a splendid array of massages, facials and body treatments. If you’re a workout lover who wishes to stay in shape, there’s a variety of fun, exciting and relaxing Zumba and aquaerobics classes and a fully equipped fitness center.
Then, there’s a 5,000 square-foot convention center that is set up to accommodate all of your needs. Escape from the city for business meetings, a family reunion, anniversary, birthday party, and a coffee break. Or, celebrate the most important day of your life in this large space – your wedding.
